I would recommend this place 10/10 Reshard took out the time to help me with all my car needs!! He explained to me everything he was doing!! And even helped out with fixing my car door. I’m gettin a new car soon and he will be my go to for sound. He was patient and kind and even stayed after hours to make sure my car was in good shape!!! I’m forever grateful!!

I came in here the other day asking about my 2 8 inch sub custom box. Wondering why it wasn’t beating like it should. The guy gave the very good advice and was very professional. I’m definitely coming back here again. I highly recommend this place for questions about your sound system!

Chose to go here because of all the previous reviews and the high rating. Was not disappointed. Richard (hope I'm spelling that right) is a pleasant guy and his prices are very reasonable. There was a small issue when one of my window connectors got lost (stuff happens) but he made it right by ordering the new part and replacing it at no charge. Definitely recommend and will be back for future audio improvements on my vehicle.

For the second time I had a super positive experience here. I can’t recommend them enough. They do excellent work and are highly knowledgeable about products and the different challenges involved in customizing them for your system. The customer service part of the experience is above and beyond what you should expect. Rashard is an excellent communicator and understands how to meet the customer’s needs. He’s honest and trustworthy and takes a lot of pride in the work. He’s really just an overall great dude.

Just wanna start off by saying I had previously called another local spot (not going to name drop) and they weren’t very helpful or friendly on the phone. I was having issues installing some speakers I bought from Best Buy on my 4Runner. I called Audiovision and immediately was met with a friendly and helpful demeanor. I rolled up and he promptly stepped out and identified a few issues and said he would charge me 80 dollars to rewire my stereo den (previous owner had installed it incorrectly) and we also discovered the speaker size was incorrect. I decided to just bite the bullet and bought some kicker door speakers from him and had him do the full install and just return the speakers to Best Buy later. While I was in the waiting area his mother who also works there was incredibly friendly and even the other patrons were super cool. This is the type of service and atmosphere that local business bring to the community that is slowly going away and it’s a shame. I wish more places offered these types of intrapersonal relationships with their customers. After all was said and done he ended up giving me a break on the price since I ended up doing a full install and I walked away with a stereo rewire, brand new speakers + installation for 175 bucks. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing car audio work done. Can’t stress enough how positive of an experience coming here was. I would gladly pay a premium to have this type of experience but luckily you don’t even have to since the pricing is incredibly competitive and fair. Oh, and he even went the extra mile to fix my door handle latch on my door for me without even being asked and it works and looks brand new now. Seeing some of these negative reviews from people who are clearly unreasonable is unfortunate. I hope reading this review will convince you to give this place a chance if you are looking to get work done.

Had my wife's front and rear dash cam installed in her new car and these guys done a great job. They were incredibly fast (under an hour in and out), work looked good, works perfectly, and the price could not be beat. I called every shop in Little Rock checking prices and this shop was the cheapest by far. We will be returning customers.
